This video starts by showing you the basics of how to use an HVLP spray tanning system and then demonstrates how to carry out a whole body spray tan.
Before you attempt to spray your first body you might find it helpful to practice spraying a large sheet of adsorbent paper (a flipchart sheet is ideal). You will be able to see how well the spray is going on and quickly adjust your technique.
Most people become fully proficient after spraying 6 whole bodies so a good way to learn is to hold a tanning party for friends!
